About Linda Anne

Making this my every day work for the last ten years and helping so many people from a variety of backgrounds with different goals brings me happiness.


Wanting to give my clients the service they deserve, I knew I needed personally oversee all aspects of their training. This led me to build the home studio, to create a safe, friendly and welcoming environment for women to train.


Always having an interest in Women's Health when it comes to training, having my first child made me want to deepen my knowledge in all areas of the subject. Training women through multiple pregnancies, the postpartum period, menopause and correctly through their monthly cycles

 became my passion. 

I personally use fitness to look after my own mental wellbeing. Understanding the results come with time and persistence, but I can honestly say you will start benefiting from your very first session. 


I really believe that there is a healthy lifestyle for everyone that is maintainable. You just have to find whatever works best for you, something you want to do, and something that doesn't cause you pain or injury. 

I really enjoy analysing and discovering what makes my clients tick, what benefits them the most and finally ways we can implement small but steady changes into their lifestyle. Instead of providing another fad or crash diet, I promise to offer something that is a lifelong achievable change. I really hope to help you in anyway I can.
