Service Description

A four on one training session, designed for women in the first year of the postpartum period, but could be extended beyond that if you have not yet trained since having your bub. This is class is designed to restore your core strength and safely return you back to exercise after pregnancy and birth. Creating a strong base level to get back to your pre natal training or get started with training without causing injury or compromising your pelvic floor. Also to prepare you for the marathon that is motherhood! Also a good way to meet other local mamas in the same boat as you! Periodised and tailored programming each session and modifications made to the individual were required. Bubs are more than welcome, it is a small home studio so bringing a small bouncer or rug for baby to hang out on/in is desired. If you are not currently a client at the studio, please book in for free a pre exercise screening session before booking class.
